Role Fit Assessment — RoleSynx RoleSeat™ Scoring
RoleSynx measures behavioral alignment between a candidate's execution driver profile and the real demands of a specific role, using a unified scoring engine called RoleSeat™.
How Role Fit Is Calculated
Each role has a calibrated benchmark — a target range for each of the six execution drivers — derived from industry role model templates or custom configurations. RoleSeat™ computes an overlay fit score by comparing the candidate's normalized driver scores against that benchmark, then applies a seat pressure analysis to identify where the candidate's natural tendencies are most aligned or most stretched.
Industry Role Models
RoleSynx includes pre-built role model templates across major industries and job families, so employers can quickly configure accurate benchmarks without building them from scratch.
Seat Pressure Analyzer
The Seat Pressure Analyzer identifies which execution drivers are under the most strain for a given candidate in a given role, helping managers set realistic expectations and build targeted development plans.
