Behavioral Assessment — How RoleSynx Measures Execution
RoleSynx is not a personality test. It is a purpose-built behavioral alignment platform that measures how candidates approach work across six proprietary execution drivers.
The Six Execution Drivers
- Drive — Assertiveness and self-directed action
- Influence — Persuasion strength and interpersonal impact
- Rhythm — Pace consistency and workflow stability
- Precision — System discipline and detail accuracy
- Endurance — Long-horizon stamina and follow-through
- Composure — Emotional regulation under interpersonal stress
How Scoring Works
The RSX Scoring Engine applies z-score normalization against a normed candidate population, response validity detection, anti-gaming safeguards, and Bayesian trait-anchored retake scoring. Results surface as percentile-based driver scores that feed into the 42-profile Execution Profile classification system.
Assessment Format
The assessment uses a Forced-Choice Word Assessment and a Composure (ERCI) section. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is administered through a branded hiring portal or a direct assessment link.
